@Sarandeses I'm having same problem right now. The problem is if got more then ten at least 16 mods it'll crash less then ten mods it'll runs well for now. All Gameconfig needs an update to be limitless again. Where can have thousands of cars again. Not done this on my game for years now. But returned couple of days ago. So far got redux graphics, upto 9 cars I thinks is working fine. Just the gameconfig that isn't :(

Burning time while watching my chimps destroy my house I came across a video claiming to fix the handling in Project Cars 2. Through custom force feedback, the forces communicated to the wheel while playing to make it feel realistic, the game would finally feel right. I downloaded it and transferred the files. I had previously given Project Cars 2 about 13 hours to click before I gave up on it. Now it didn't feel as good as Automobilista 2 or Assetto Corsa Competizone, but it felt a hell of a lot better.
And now, years later, I had tried to play this game. But the game refused to run on modern hardware. So, I had tried to investigate how to fix it. I had a little carried away by this. As the result I've created an impressive patch. 25000+ lines of assembly code, 150+ days of reverse-engineering and coding, 40 sheets of A4 paper were covered with writing during development, a huge list of changes...
Hi VEG, hope you are well. Quick question I play Need For Speed III Hot Pursuit with your modern patch, using the beta 1.6.2 version. I use 'nGlide' as my driver and play at a 4K (3840x2160) resolution. The game runs fine, however I have weird black lines running in the menu's of the game. No matter what resolution I choose, the black lines stay. If I change renders, for example DX8, I don't have the lines but the menu resolution sticks at 640x480. Any idea how to fix this? Let me know!
1. Rename the PS3_Game folder of retail disc [BCUS98298] into "NPUA72074",2. Unpack the demo NPUA72074 then copy only the [eboot.bin] from it then paste into folder [USRDIR] in [NPUA72074] renamed in step 1,3. Edit PARAM.SFO of [NPUA72074] and change Category from DG Disc Game (blu-ray) to HG Harddrive Game then Save,4. Delete LICDIR folder in NPUA72074,5. Download only the v1.01 update for BCUS98298,6. Unpack contents of downloaded v1.01 update then move them to a new folder called "BCUS98298",7. For DTU: Transfer NPUA72074 and BCUS98298 folders into CFW PS3 then DTU to OFW PS3. Done.7. For HAN: Move NPUA72074 and BCUS98298 folders into make-backup-pkg directory then open/run [do.bat]. Install on HAN PS3 with [Enable Debug Packages]. Done. For Han: converted with CFW2OFW Helper v13 the game stucks at a black screen. Feel free to try with PS3GameConvert v0.91.
If you get black screen and console freeze during game startup on HEN/HAN try this method:1. Before converting, move the original files of "PS3_GAME\USRDIR" (except EBOOT.BIN, default.self, and default_mp.self) to a temp folder outside the PS3_GAME folder.2. Convert the game using CFW2OFW v1.13 ("PS3_GAME\USRDIR" should contain EBOOT.BIN, default.self, and default_mp.self files only).3. After the conversion, move the original files (the ones inside the temp folder you made in step 1) to the converted folder "BLES00687\USRDIR". (resulting NPEB00687 folder should be small, around 19-20MB in size and BLES00684 should be around 7.15GB)4. Make the packages with Make-Backup-PKG, game package will be small (19-20MB) while patch will be the biggest one (7.15GB)
1. Download the update 1.06 of the regular US version of Fallout: NV (BLUS30500), 2. Unpack the update PKG and then replace the EBOOT.BIN of the disc game (BLUS30888) folder with the one from the unpacked update PKG, 3. Edit the PARAM.SFO of the disc game (BLUS30888) folder to change its 'Title ID' with the one of the update (in this case write "BLUS30500"), change 'PS3 System' into 4.46, then 'Version' and 'App Ver' into 1.06. Save changes and overwrite, 4. Convert your customized BLUS30888 (PS3_GAME) folder using PS3GameConvert. When asked for a game update, click 'yes' then select the downloaded update 1.06 PKG of Fallout: NV (BLUS30500) regular version, 5. After conversion, use Make PKG or make-backup-pkg tool to make it a PKG and then install on PS3 with Debug Packages enabled in this order: game PKG, patch PKG, LIC PKG. !Ah2kvD0luiUZqWIs3PKRSVA-35nX Note: Click to talk about how it works

For DTU/Inject: Game conversion not required: 1. Extract the folder PS3_GAME and rename it into BCES00129GAME, 2. Download the 1.03 update patch BCES00129 then unpack it, 3. In the folder BCES00129GAME, copy all the files from the patch except param.sfo (ie param.sfo in BCES00129GAME must remain native to the disk), 4. In the folder BCES00129GAME, edit param.sfo. Change Category DG (Disc Game) to HG (HardDrive Game) then game version number to the same version of the patch. 5. Fold BCES00129GAME and BCES00129 to the console. You're playing. All is simple
Using PKG maker - folder NPEA00129 needs to be the main full game folder BCES00129 will be patch downloaded and unpacked. Following Russian instructions above BCES00129GAME would change to NPEA00129 for creating a pkg properly in pkg maker.
A unique patch that, instead of transforming the game into something new, focuses on retaining the spirit of the original, polishing the main campaign and incorporating many features never seen before in other mods. A new area has been added to the game with tons of things to do. 2ff7e9595c
